  • Rates listed are for DOWNTOWN CENTRAL AREAS of cities listed unless otherwise noted, To & From Seatac Airport

  • $5-10 Early/Late reservations fee for pickup/drop-off's from 10:30pm-4:30am. Additional Tolls or parking fees required will be charged per trip.

  • Fees for Chauffeur Meet & Greet at Baggage Claim inside Terminal: $20 domestic flights, $30-60 international flights

  • 100% of fare rate with a $60 minimum Cancellation fee if cancellation is made LESS THAN 24 hours before the agreed reservation time without any reasonable extenuating circumstances (inbound flight delays, cancellations, emergencies, etc...). All attempts to accommodate reservation changes will be made without any charges or extra fees. Full Fare charge Cancellation fee otherwise, for Airport No-Shows, OR if customer is NOT present within 30-60+ minutes of agreed time and location of Pick-Up at specified address WITHOUT any communication to hold car (EXCLUDING flight delays which will be tracked). Otherwise $1/minute waiting fees apply.

  • Only Phone Cancellations will be accepted for short-term trips & cancellations within 24 hours. Phone & Email cancellations accepted for cancellations 24 hours or more before of reservation pickup time.

  • 25% Holiday surcharge for all reservations on national Holidays

  • Variable Severe Weather surcharge for extreme weather conditions

  • $150 Minimum Damage Fee (up to full damage repair value) for hourly & other trips for any mess or damage caused by a customer
